After years of great arrangements being delivered to my mother in Ukiah, Rain Forest Fantasy decided to charge my credit card AFTER on online purchase which I agreed to, another additional 10.00 delivery charge. They have always charged me 10.00 to deliver and now say it is a 20.00 charge. They never stated this online - EVER. When I checked my statement, they just tacked this charge on without even getting my ok. I would have never ordered the flowers with this exorbitant delivery charge. When I called the florist not only did not care about my concern but did not seem to care that they lost a very good customer. There are several excellent florists in Ukiah and I will now give them my business and never again to Rain Forest Fantasy.
