I applied for a vehicle on a Friday July 3, 2009. Their joke of a Financial manager (M..y) told me to come back on Monday to pick up the vehicle. I came on Monday and she wasn't there. She made her weekend one day longer. OK, they told me to come back on Tuesday at 6.00 pm. I was there at six, she ended up being 55 min late, when I was already gone. I came back later to collect my refund since I was already done with that place and she lied to me that other manager needed to be there. Their receptionist was unbelieveably rude also. I came back the next day again to collect my refund and she was again 25 min. late. Day after I was told she will be there at 2.30 pm. She ended up calling me at 5.30 pm since I was already gone. Then she started lecturing me in a very rude and unprofessional manner about ""banking 101"" and made remarks on how I should go back to school and learn how finaces work ( and she calls herself a Manager of a car deaership-unbelievable). She ended up just hanging up on me in the middle of conversation. I still haven't received my refund of over $400. They just keep making me come back. I am talking to a lawyer to possibly consider legal options with them. I would strongly recomend anyone buying a car to stay away from that highly unprofessional place. And I wasn't surprized when I saw that I wasn't the only one with this opinion about them. Stay away from that place and under no circumstances give them any kind of money or you will regret it just as I did.
