Two years ago I bought a couch, chair and table. They promised the table was in stock. They called me a week later to say the color of the fabric I wanted was discontinued. Why would you have in your showroom something you cannot buy? So I had to return and pick new colors for the chair and couch. Then when it was finally built, they sold my table to someone else! Their promise for a 10 day turnaround is COMPLETE BULLSH!T. It took more like 5 weeks. Liars!
I returned recently and bought a small table. They said it would be available in 2-3 weeks, but on the receipt they wrote 4-6 weeks. DON'T TAKE THEIR WORD FOR HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE FOR THE ITEM TO APPEAR IN THEIR WAREHOUSE. When it finally arrived, 6 weeks later, I had to call THEM, they would not call me to say I could pick it up.
What they do is get your money and then make excuses, saying their distributor suks. Whatever, not my problem just get me what I paid for.
Their promise for 10 day turnaround on their website is an OUTRIGHT LIE! SHAME ON THEM THEY WILL NEVER GET ANY OF MY MONEY ANY MORE.
