Don't be fooled by the mail coupon for a $78 consultation and cleaning. I was told on the phone that they accepted my new insurance plan and when then, once in the office, was told that they did not but that no other reputable dentist would. I am extremely afraid of having dental work done and they played on this extensively. When I gave my personal information at the beginning of the appointment I wasn't made aware that I was also signing a credit form. Before I knew it, they had done a root canal, fitted me for a crown and for invisaline braces and I had a bill for $8.000. They are smooth talkers and fast workers! The next day I called to cancel the work and they told me the crown was already made (less than 24 hours later!). That day I got a second opinion on the Invalign and the orthodontics told me it would be completely the wrong treatment for me. This was eventually taken off my bill, but still I ended up owing over $5000...and yes, upon checking, there are many reputable dentists who would have taken my insurance and the bill would have been hundreds of dollars instead of thousands. Absolutely heartless and out to take advantage of anyone they can. Find another dentist. Others who tell similar stories are not exaggerating.
