Service call gone bad when serviceman fell through ceiling in attic. Dry wall and fiberglass pushed back into place with a promise that someone would call to arrange for it to be fixed. Meanwhile, drywall falls on to the hood of my car cause a large dent and scraped paint. After much arguing and delays due to lack of response, arrangements were made to fix the hole and the car. Hole was haphazardly patched, not back to original condition, car was held by vehicle repair for a week, awaiting payment from Young. Would never do business with this company again, nor would I recommend this company to anyone.
Pros: Some employees are very polite and patient
Cons: Mistakes are not fixed, don't do what is promised
