I was under welmed at the level of customer service I received both when I picked up and returned rental items. The quality of the china I rented left something to be desired as well. The manager of the store repeatedly insulted me for pointing out his staff that could have done a better job. After calling the store four times I was finally able to speak with the store owner who was also offensive to me and seemed to accuse me of lying when I told her of my experience. Money is tight these days and I think I will choose to spend mine where customer service is important and my business is appreciated.
