I called Turner Appliance when my freezer started leaking onto the floor and the ice maker was overflowing to set up an appointment to have someone come out and see what was wrong, stop the leak, and give me an estimate. Christ at Turner Appliance showed up at least 1 hour past the allotted time on every instance he came to my home, which he had to do 5 times to address the issue.
