This vacation was very special because we wanted to take elderly in laws to Hawaii. This was our first trip to Hawaii. After searching in internet I was confused, then I read Travel Spectrum's all the review. Specially Hawaii's one. I called Travel Spectrum and spoke to Zul. instantly I was confident that he can help us. He shared his own experience in Hawaii and recomended multiple islands sice we had 10 days. We were originally 6 then one had to opt out due to summer school schedule. Without insurance still he collected one person's hotel, tour and transfer money back. We stayed in Wahoo for three nights in Hilton and took Pearl Harbor and Polynessian tour It was very nice. Three nights in Maui at Hayat and took Hanah drive tour and on sunday we even went to the chuch, the Hanah drive tour was fantastic. First time seeing the black sand beach was amazing. Last three days in Big Island, we stayed at Marriot, the hotel and the island was just like the picture. We took glass bottom ride. We were thinking about taking the observatory tour, instead we relaxed on the beach andby the pool . Overall the vacation was well planned. We called our Travel Agent from wahoo to switch one of the tour to different day, even though it was non refundable but he switched and e-mailed and faxed the new voucher to the hotel. Zul(travel Agent) was right if we have booked on online you cannot get support like this. His expertise and brochure really helped us. We have nothing bad but good to say about Travel Spectrum.
