Vapor cleaners has been my occasional cleaners for about a year. They have always had some issues with pressing shirts, but the price was good. Now, however, they have lost my business. I brought in a heavily soiled, but easily cleanable set of shirts. They told me they were going to charge me an extra 5 dollars per shirt. When I returned, they had only cleaned one of the shirts and said they would need my permission to clean it again. After the second cleaning, the shirts were still no better off, and they still wanted to charge me both the main rate and the extra charge! The front service clerk was rude, lied about our prior conversations, and insulted me. The manager claimed they worked hard on it and finally settled on removing the charge and left me to pay the normal shirt cost. I will not be using them again.
Pros: Cheap Rates for Pant/Shirt Combination
Cons: Unable to clean the simplest of stains.
