I brought my vehicle in for 2 new tires, an oil change, and an alignment. After I declined the pressured pitch about getting four tires (I repeatedly told them I would purchase two) and the lengthy pitch about synthetic oil and the warranty program, I was told it would take an hour and a half for my requested services. After 2 hours I inquired about my vehicle to find they had not yet started the alignment process (another hour). So it took them 2 hours for an oil change and 2 new tires. I cancelled the alignment.
