For the price, the hotel was about what we expected but what impressed us the most was the front desk and maintenance staff. On the day we arrived, our air conditioner stopped working after about an hour. We called the desk and they said they would send someone up. We expected that to be anywhere from an hour to the end of the day. Within 3 minutes, there was a knock on the door. The maintenance man came in and though he spoke little English, he explained he would have to replace the entire unit. I thought we would have to change rooms. He was back in 10 minutes with a brand new digital unit. It was up and running in no time and we were thrilled with how quickly everything was addressed. Our room was on the very quiet side of the hotel facing the rear parking lot and a very small street that no one used. This is very nice if you're a light sleeper. If you get a room with a king bed, it will be on the quieter side. We'd definitely stay again, particularly for the price since it had everything we needed. The place is nothing special, but the friendly staff and their prompt response made it extra nice. Pros: Prompt, attentive staff & quiet night's sleep more
