One day late paying received a $19 "administration fee" and a $60 "reinstatement fee." these fees were never mentioned to me during signup. They refused to take back the modem even though I proved it doesn't work where I live. They then suggested I sell it on eBay. Rather hard to do that when they are offering them for free now!!!
