We recently purchased a boat thru Valentine's which they indicated was in perfect working condition as well as had a 2 year warranty left on it. As it turns out they lied about the condition of the boat and when we went to get it serviced they informed us that there is no longer a warranty left. They intentionally misrepresented the condition of the boat in order to make the purchase and now we are out additional funds to get the boat fixed.
