The Assistant Manager had the opportunity to help copy and make changes in my genealogy book during the last week in June. There were 4 to 5 re-copying done for each page that the sentences were cut in half and the heads of people were cut off and she had punched the holes in the sheets ready to fill my books with cut off heads and half cut off sentences. I gave her 5 original pictures to copy and add to the book. She gave me the copies and my 6 genealogy books. I paid for the books thinking she had given me all of my paperwork. When I arrived at home, I was missing a picture. I called her back. She said she would put my name on it and place it at the front in lost and found. I went to Fedex Kinko's today, July 16, 2009. She said she threw it away because 30 days had passed and they don't keep pictures after 30 days. THIRTY DAYS HAVE NOT PASSED. She failed to put my name on it and she could not locate it. She looked like a lost fat chicken with her head cut off. She could not find my original pictures and told me there was nothing else she could do. I told her she would hear from me.
