There is NO LICENSED issued under his name or the name of his company to be a contractor or Builder in the State of MI according to the law you have to be licensed, and insured and VICTOR IS NOT !! If your looking for a hack job or scammer Victor is your Man, if you want the job done right, and quality work get a licensed contractor!!!
