They sell you on the idea that their "pet maintainace plan" will save you money. After a year of wasting money with them I quit. Hours were not convenient and nothing ever seemed to be covered--I always needed some expensive remedy. I love Petsmart but Banfield is a rip off. An to add to it they kept billing my credit card for months after I quit the program--I had to file with VISA to get my money back and to stop fraudulent charges. Watch your statement.
