It was memorial day weekend, and it was Sunday a little before noon. The guy from Goettl, named AJ, was here by a 1 o'clock. He ordered the part and got it fixed the next day. We really couldn't have asked for more polite, courteous or responsive service. I'd recommend Goettl Air Conditioning to anyone!\r
