I had booked an appointment at Philip de Palma in Franklin for a massage, I was so disappointed with the entire experience. I had been sick about a week prior to the massage, and that was why I had booked it. The aches and pains from having the flu were horrible, so I had decided to treat myself. I had a man for the massage therapist, which would not have bothered me at all, except he must have asked in the entire 30 minutes I was there about 30 times if I was uncomfortable with him being a man and doing the massage. After awhile it just got kind of unnerving. Also, about 10 minutes into it he told me that it is really unhealthy to have a massage if you have been recently ill because the massage will release the toxins from your glands and you will get sick again. This is partially my fault for not knowing, but I had never had a massage before and he had known that. Needless to say, I was sick as a dog again and not happy with the massage.On a higher note, I have been very very happy w
