I called Illini Medical at 1pm and left a message on the nurses answering machine that specifically says all messages after 3 will not be dealt with until next business day. I left my message at 1:09 asking for them to please call me in a script for an UTI that I had. They did not call back nor did they call me in a script. I called the after hours service and they supposedly called Dr. Dizon who was on call. He never called back, at all! Nor did he call anything in. This is NOT the first time this has happened. I am switching my doctors and they will get no more of my business or my families.
Cons: Never called back.
