I drive a 1996 Mercedes E320. Recently, the compressor locked up and I had it replaced along with the filter/dryer as well as the expansion valve. Once I picked up the car from Dub's, I immediately noticed a slight vibration through the steering wheel. In addition, there was a minute whine from the front of the engine that I could not define. Despite these symptoms, the AC system worked fine. When I returned the car a few days later, Dub's technicians decided that the noise came from the newly installed compressor. They ordered a new unit and installed it a week later. As a result, I would recommend Dub's Garage because I think that I was treated fairly and because I believe that the shop has a good reputation to uphold.
