We've been going to this Banfield for quite a while now. We love our veterinarian (Dr. Nicole) however she was on leave and our dogs were having ear problems. She saved Scooby's life when she had pancreatitis and we truly respect and admire her. Unfortunately, we wanted to get them in so we took an appointment with an unknown vet at their facility. Just to save alot of ranting and aggravation, I was told during my dog's wellness check that she had a mass and that it was breast cancer. Well, after I picked myself up off the floor on that insensitive comment, I asked him to show me what he was talking about. My dog Scooby weighs 64 pounds so she was too heavy to pick up. We both crouched down on the floor (he never even put her on her back and examined her underside) and he told me to but my fingers around one of her nipples and that I would be able to feel a mass. I didn't feel anything and told him just that ... he then said to squeeze a little bit and I would feel it. I felt something
