On May 28th 2009, I went there to to have a bridge re-cemented in place. They NEVER discussed or mentioned that there was NO guarantee how long the repair would last. They billed my insurance company and I paid a $55.00 co-pay. Less than 18 HOURS later, the repair failed and the bridge came out in a salad I was eating (no croutons). I contacted them the next day (Friday) and they scheduled me for a repair today (6/5/2009). The sat me down without any protective bib in place and made a mess of my shirt and I had water and dental matter all over my face and neck. Only after I mentioned it to them did they offer me a napkin type bib. When the repair was completed, I was BILLED AGAIN $35.00 more!!!A discussion with the office manager Dawn, netted ZERO.I have filed a formal complain with the Better Business Bureau as well as formally have disputed the 2 VISA charges with my VISA company. They may have the resources to actually lie their way out of everything, but I am sick and tired of thes
