First of all, anyone who thinks that training a dog by snapping their necks to get them to obey should do some research. There is absolutely no reason to use that out-of-date training. Secondly, we boarded our dog there for a week and when we picked her up, her crate bedding (that I brought with her crate) reeked of dried urine as well as fresh urine. She had been sleeping on that!! The kennel manager said it was from her water bucket (which was no where near her bedding!) She lied. My dog has NEVER soiled her crate and we have had her since she was 7 1/2 wks. old! I also paid for 'playtime', twice a day at $4.00 each playtime.
