I rented a laptop computer from rent a center on Parrish ave. store in Owensboro ky. I found out with my second contact that one person who works there named Robin is very rude. I only needed it for a week while mine was in the shop. My second payment was due on Saturday. I had to suddenly go out of town on family business and called on Monday to tell them I would be bringing the computer back a couple days late and would pay for the extra couple of days. The weekly rent on the computer was $29.00. Robin informed me because I was a couple days late bringing it back I would have to pay $72.00. She said that "the manager required it and it was their normal practice." I told her I would bring it back but refused to pay $72.00 to rent something I didn't need. Then she started screaming and was very rude over the phone, so I hung up. Then she had the nerve to call me back and be rude once more. I had to tell her not to call me and harass me again. There is no way I would ever use a Rent-A-C
