Unfortunately, I've always had to wait quite a while for routine service. They have told me that they do not schedule appointments- I have to just drive in and see if they can "squeeze" me in. I really wouldn't mind waiting if I could actually breathe in the waiting area. The whole place reeks of tobacco smoke; I choose to wait outside most of the time. What keeps me coming back is the trustworthy mechanics and reliable service.
