Called Volkswagen roadside assistance just for a tire pull off and spare tire put on. They sent ProTech. First driver said that the 'key' that was needed to take the flat tire off wasn't in the kit, and that only dealerships have them and that I wasn't going to be able to get one (at 9pm on a Wednesday.) He drove off.
I looked in the kit and the key was right there.
I called them back and said send another driver. The second driver spoke very broken English that I could onl make out a few words of. He did at least tell me that the first driver had worked for them for 15 years and was probably being lazy. Great. Then He put the jack in the wrong spot and there was a loud crunch/crack sound as the car visibly lowered by about 6 inches. Great. After he changed the tire and left I felt in the area where the jack had been put and there are broken pieces of plastic sticking out. Great.
Then the second driver pulled up next to me as I walked to the near by hotel and started asking me all kinds of personal questions that creeped-me-out.
I would only recommend this place to people I hate, because they messed things up in every way I can think of.
I give them one star because it wouldn't allow me to give them zero.
Cons: lying, non-english speaking, time wasting, auto damaging.
