Horrible Window Tint Job & Customer Service Lams Gainesville 6/5/2009

We brought our car back 3 times after they did the window tint job to have it replaced. Each time we were given attitude and excuses. Each time it looked worse than the first job. Finally we were told to ""go buy some tint from WAL-MART & do it ourselves"".. this was after paying them and taking 3 days off from work. Dust and creases everywhere, they scratched one window which the dealer wants over $600 to replace and we were told by the owners wife to ""get the Fu*& out of here"" and by the store manager to ""Fu*% Off"". We did not come there demanding a refund or with any sort of attitude.. we simply brought the car back to allow them to fix their poor job (which even the manager said looked like Sh&t). We were treated like garbage and left with a window tint job which we now have to pay someone else to remove and re-install. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!! Cons: I was flat out told to Fu*@ Off !!! more
