My wife and I went to this place last weekend for the first time. I am usually not a big fan of Middle Eastern food (the places I've gone to usually serve the same old stuff, ok taste but not much variety), and we were a bit skeptical. We arrived to the restaurant and found it to be a rather large establishment with only a small number of clients (the location off from Ventura doesn't help). We went ordered their ""Feast for Two"" (or something along the lines) and were really surprised. Our lunch started with a very fresh tasting salad (a Fattoush?) with a light yogurt based dressing. This was followed by a plate of different types of Hummus, Tabbouli and Falafel. This plate was so tasty that we could have order it by itself without needing any additional food. The Kebob was served shortly after - beef, lamb and chicken. I was afraid that the Kebob was going to be dry (my experience at other Middle Eastern restaurants), but this was not the case. It was juicy and just perfectly grilled. Service was friendly and attentive. In summary: A hidden gem worth revisiting.
