I had Bill's Appliance come out and fix my oven. After around $350 of labor and parts, I found that the oven had the same problem. I called Bill's Appliance for another appointment and left upwards of 4 messages. I never received a return call. Finally, I got through, but by then my 30 day warranty had expired. Had my calls been returned, I would not have missed the 30 day limit. The woman was rude, refused to listen to my story or bend the rules, so I had to spend another $350 with a better company to get the job done.
