As a potential new customer and having read many positive posts on TireRack, I went in to get some information regarding new tires and an alignment. The person at the front desk started to click a few buttons on the computer and the phone rang a few minutes later. He took the call and helped the person on the phone. He then tried helping me again, interrupted by another phone call. He seemed to know this person and was chatting with him/her for several minutes. The whole time, there was another person in the office who never offered to help with the phones or with me. Needless to say, this horrible initial service sent me looking for a place who wanted to do business the right way. I ended up at Dave's Ultimate Automotive who provided superior service from start to finish.
