everytime i've called to ask questions, the two women that answer the phone are so sweet and kind. they have very welcoming voices and treat you like actual human beings. they are very knowledgable in their fields as well. dave is very personable. he can befriend anyone. i'm pretty sure he knows every single customer by name and face. this is a great insurance company.
