We love German food, the whole reason for going to this restaurant. We were seated fairly quickly at a table that still had food particles left from the last diner's. Where we sat for 15 min with our menus, the restaurant was not that busy, there were 3 other tables in various stages of eating. Two other tables were seated while we were there and someone came out to get their drink orders right away. We're still sitting there with our menus, no drinks, no one had even been over to take our drink orders. There were 3 waiters and a hostess, there was NO reason for the wait. \r

While we were walking out a young man said, ""Thanks."" to my husband after he told him that we left the menus on the table. I could not believe the nerve of him! Especially after I told him what happened and he goes, ""Ok."" Obviously customer service is not at the top of their priorities.
