Scissor talk is great for convenience and price for locals. However, I can't brag about any of my haircuts there. I went a few years ago maybe once or twice and (I have very thick, wavy/curly hair) they couldn't style my hair right. It was as if they'd never experienced anything beyond thin-haired old ladies. And they're very VERY gossipy, hence the name, i guess. If you don't want anything special or have easy-to-work-with hair, this is the place for you. If you want style, or you want treated hair, go someplace else.
