My shirt went in to (of course) be cleaned and it came out stained upon receipt. The Cleaners was notified, consequently never called back as promised, and after I stopped by repeatedly (because no one called back) and 8 weeks later the company gave me a check for $20.00 that was made payable to my wife!\r \r The employee had the audacity to say that I am lucky to have gotten that-simply because it had been worn before; that's why it was there to be cleaned furthermore, I'm sure they have see worse and she was rude and hung up; not once but twice. \r \r Ridiculous, it was simply POOR customer service and I WILL recommend to everyone in the apartment complex that I cross paths with NOT TO patronize them. 8 weeks to resolve that simple issue was far too long!\r \r It is the priniciple of it all...especially when there are at least 3 other drycleaners just as close! Pros: it is within walking distance to 200+ potential customers more
