i have the lifeline due to a disability and i went in june 11th and asked for the long distance service plan to be added to my account. The woman at the counter said ok, that will be 11 extra dollars a month i said ok.\r

now a week and 3 days later i still have no long distance service. Been through all kinds of phone calls and work ticket BS and still nothing. worst business i have delt with in a long long time. Ready to leave them and try someone else.
