The first and last time I visited this store, I was greeted by a female sales associate who did not ask me how she could help me but (rudely) asked who I was! I told her that I just had a couple of questions and she said ""not today""! Then she proceded to go to the counter to wait on the person who came in after I did and helped her instead. I'm still amazed at her rudeness! So, I headed for the door and on my way out she said she was only joking. Do you think she gave me a good first impression? I'll never go into that store again or refer business to them. Considering the line of work I'm in is really too bad for them. The sales associate at Sherwin Williams (accross the street) was much nicer! Cons: The sales associate knows how to make an impression! more
