I have watched the customer service deteriorate over the last 2.5 years. I kept going back because I was always very satisfied with the work. The technician always did a wonderful job on my nails, brow & lip waxing. Pedicures -- not so much. Nail art, wonderful. I am enamored with the masseuse (whom I will continue to see). HOWEVER, the customer service is lacking. Sorry to report that the friendlier they get with you, they lose a sense of respect/boundaries. Your appointment/service is ALWAYS interrupted by the needs of a WALK-IN client. And they are ALWAYS late for your appointment time. All this - Unacceptable. I will not be going back. Tired of the poor customer service.
