Soon as I entered the home, it smelled. Not sure of what, but it didn't smell fresh, rather more musk. I didn't see any interactions with the patients. The care-givers didn't seem to care about interacting with the patients. The care- givers didn't speak English very well. One person didn't speak English at all. How it that possible?\r

In addition, the yellow page ad read that a RN was on duty. Didn't see any RN there. When I asked, they said she only came around for a minute every other day or so.
