Had an event here last week. The facility was beautiful, but the customer service from the owner and staff was horrible. Very non cooperative and unwilling to assist in any matter for the baby shower. The owner allowed her staff to be obscenely rude to the point that one of her servers was swearing and rude to many of my guests. Will not ever use this facility again. DO NOT USE. Combative and verbally abused my guests for 4 hours
