I have not received the quarterly billing postcard for the past 9 months. I realized this finally when I did get the past-due billing postcard once (that got through!) charging me a late payment fee. I have called the office of Lies Trash Service several times and I called the Postal Service about the trouble with this billing postcards not arriving. The problem is still not fixed! I have been calling in to pay for the trash service and I get the feelling that I am bothering them to even pay them. They always give a big sigh and will put me on hold for 3 minutes to even pay them! The pickup guys are great - I have neve had a problem with them and even with the office people, they have been nice up until this past 9 months. I don't know if they have new management or new office people or if they can't keep the same personnel, something is definitely wrong in the office! Today was the last straw for me - I called in to pay for this quarterly billing and I asked for a photocopy of the account with all the billing dates and payment dates. You would have thought I had asked for the world. The first lady flatly said 'why do you want that' and I called back and the second lady said she would send it but we'll see.... If you think this is great service, then go ahead and use Lies Trash Service. more
