UNBELIEVABLE! These guys practically wasted my whole day. I was told that MIKE ELLIOTT would be at my house between 12-5 (as bad as waiting on cable to be installed) as I was also told I would be contacted by the installer, whom ofcourse never called nor showed. I was still willing to work with them until they pushed my next appointment up 4 days. HORRIBLE. Call GLASS DOCTOR. I did. And I got an appointment within an hour and the work was pheonomenal. Thanks for screwing up SAFELITE without you I wouldnt have found GLASS DOCTOR who I know will refer all my business to. Funny thing is.. When speaking to the Glass Doctor rep, I was told ""you wouldnt believe how much business we get from Safelite's screw ups...
