My lunch here was not bad, but I probably wouldn't come back. I was the only person in the restaurant and the staff was friendly but not overly attentive. Most of the sushi on the conveyor was some form of shredded surimi california roll. So california roll with salmon, with tuna, with drizzled sauce, with tobiko, etc. I also had the chef make salmon nigiri. The nigiri came pre-sliced from a styrofoam tray and the rice was in a drink cooler in the middle of the chef area. Nothing was amazing, nothing was terrible. The prices were average. I left feeling as though I probably should have just gotten a banh mit at Best Baguette for a third as much money and a lot more taste.
Pros: sushi chefs will make items not on conveyor
Cons: most of the sushi on the conveyor is shredded surimi
