Jessica is so calm and positive. She calms down my very hyper Great Pyrenees - a dog prone to seizures who hates baths and grooming. I don't know how she does it. She also is so kind - never makes me feel bad for not being able to deal with my dog's under-tail mats myself. She is able to make a very nutty and hairy 95lb hairball look and feel great, and make her owner very happy! Worth every penny, and she is a bargain.
