I definitely think the teachers care about the students, and the classes are a lot of fun (even challenging at times but that's what they're there for!). Unfortunately this positive has been overshadowed by the lack of communication to the parents. Parents are expected to make sense of many emails about hair styles, order of events, etc. - many of these are sent the day before an event. I am an organized person and this is tough for me. I work during the day and can't devote my day to reading the emails and then sorting them out in the evening before the event.
