i put an advertisement in their book for my business and they messed up the ad. when i called to complain they basically told me they could do nothing about it and not refund me my money. i had to work things out with a rep which acted like they were giving me a deal but when i spoke with my buddy he told me what he was paying for his ad. he was paying half of what i was paying with my discount when i called to make a complaint the lady wouldn't except my complaint and kept sending me to another person this company is ridiculous i will not be advertising with them again there are more books i would beware of them if i were you
