Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. It started when the staff made a mistake and had to take the X-ray twice. My upper lip was burnt when the staff applied Zoom. The Zoom representative blamed Daily Dental for not following the correct procedure, and Daily Dental blamed me for being too sensitive and advised me to apply Fluoride toothpaste which made it worse. I could not eat solid foods for 1 week suffering from swollen lip and exclusive pain. The teeth cleaning process was very short, but the most painful experience amongst many cleanings I had in the past. Two hour appointment lasted 6 hours, and for the other appointment, I waited for 2 hours just to see the dentist (the free parking hours had passed, but rather than helping me, the receptionist told me to pay for the parking or come back the other day). They charged future expenses at the beginning, and when I requested to return the money for the procedures that I did not and chose not to do, the receptionist hesitated to return the money, and it has been two months since I first requested. I hope they return money as they say they do at the end of this month.
Pros: Friendly
Cons: Not professional
