Vicars Recreation purchased rubber mulch from my company in Jan. of 2009 for a church of all things. They gave the impression that they would pay by a check that was in the mail, yet the check never arrived. I have been in contact with them daily since Jan to receive my payment and as of June, 2009 they don't return my calls nor do they pay their bill!
Pros: Nothing that I can think of!
Cons: Does not pay their bills!!!
