I had the misfortune of visiting Eye Masters on three occasions. On each occasion I experienced extremely long waits. Even when I just wanted to pick up glasses I had already payed for, I was forced to wait close to a half-hour, only to have my place on the sign-in sheet disregarded as the attendant served another angry and impatient customer who came in after me. Absolutely a terrible experience, I highly recommend you avoid Eye Masters. This review does not reflect Dr. Knisley. She gets five stars for being cheerful, friendly and eager to answer questions. Go ahead and get an eye exam from Dr. Knisley, but then run out the door and buy your glasses elsewhere! Cons: Extremely long waits and disregard for sign in sheet more
