I bought a beautiful dress for $250 for a special occasion and packed it in my suitcase, unknowingly with a bottle of contact solution. The solution soaked an entire side of the dress. I was stuck in a city I didn't know and in panic, took it to a Four Seasons to have them try to clean it. They couldn't get the stain out. I was so bummed until I got home and took it to Polo, my regular dry cleaner. They absolutely got it out, also have saved a number of my other garments that I thought I was going to lose for sure due to staining. They're awesome and I drive 20 minutes just to have them take care of my clothes!
Pros: Have saved many of my clothes!
