I want to start of by saying I LOVE the store Ulta, I go there all the time. Just recently I decided to get my haircut there. Big mistake!! I'm sure there are stylists that are great but SONYA was terrible. First of all they charge you more because she's a ""master stylist"" which is ridiculous, go to the younger stylists, they just finished school and know the new techniques. Now for the haircut, I had really long hair and now I have long hair with shelves. Honestly, they're not so much shelves as a sort of long mullet. I am not happy at all and would definitely tell everyone to avoid her.
Pros: I love the store and the selection of products they carry
